These terms apply to the AO IT Tech website, the AI Employees application, and the Sera stock-alert SMS program operated by AO IT Tech (Angel Olivera, Central Florida, United States).
Acceptance
By creating an account on the AI Employees application or by enabling the AO IT Tech SMS alert program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to the practices described in our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
SMS alert program
Program name: AO IT Tech — Sera Stock Alerts.
Program description: A transactional SMS program that delivers stock price alert notifications to authenticated members of the AI Employees application. When a user-configured price rule (such as "AAPL above $200") triggers, the program sends a short SMS containing the ticker symbol, the threshold crossed, and the current price. Messages are not marketing or promotional.
How to enroll: Sign into the AI Employees application, go to Settings → Your SMS alerts, enter your phone number in E.164 format (for example, +15551234567), and turn the "SMS enabled" toggle on. By saving these preferences you consent to receive SMS messages for the alert rules you have configured.
Message frequency: Recurring messages, sent only when one of the alert rules you configured is triggered. Frequency is fully controlled by you — typical use sees between 0 and 10 messages per week per active user.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for the rates associated with your plan.
Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported carriers: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, Boost, and most other U.S. carriers.
Help and opt-out
For help with the program at any time, reply HELP to any message you receive from us, or email contact@aoittech.com, or call (863) 288-0163.
To stop receiving SMS messages from this program, reply STOP to any message. You can also stop messages by turning the "SMS enabled" toggle off in your account settings, or by removing the alert rule that triggers the message. After you reply STOP, we will send one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll by re-enabling the toggle inside the application.
Acceptable use
You may only enroll your own phone number in the SMS alert program. You are responsible for the alert rules you create and the resulting messages they generate. We may suspend or terminate access to the service for misuse, abusive behavior, attempts to circumvent rate limits, or activity that violates applicable laws or carrier guidelines.
Information, not advice
The price alerts and any information delivered through the application or via SMS are provided for informational purposes only. They are not investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Market data is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed or contain errors. We do not guarantee its accuracy or timeliness.
Service availability
We aim to keep the service running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party outages, or carrier delays can cause notifications to be delayed or missed. Do not rely on this service as the sole channel for time-sensitive financial decisions.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AO IT Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the application or by email. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
